What to do: Add a few drops to your oil burner or diffuser for an earth-grounding mood in your space.

Ingredients: *Organic
Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Juniper Berry *(Juniperus communis), Marjoram *(Origanum majorana), Vetiver* (Vetiveria zizanioides) & Vanilla.

Cedarwood - The woody outdoorsy fragrance of Cedarwood has a grounding effect to calm nervous tension, balance an upset nervous system and promote an open and positive mind. It can be a very helpful oil to diffuse during meditation.

Patchouli - A grounding and calming oil, Patchouli is great for a scattered, spacey or overthinking mind or anyone in need of slowing down. It helps bring you back down to earth and connect back into your body. It is used to ease anxiousness and balance unstable moods, and is popular in meditation, sleep and aphrodisiac blends.

Juniper Berry - Juniper’s strengthening nature provides support during negative or challenging times.

Marjoram - Marjoram oil has a sedating effect, recommended for hyperactive or extreme emotional states, and sleep problems. It is suggested during grief to calm the emotions and comfort the heart.

Vetivier - Vetiver is a wonderful oil to restore vitality when feeling burnt out and exhausted. It helps protect those who are oversensitive or traumatised, helps calm irritability and anger, and restores balance to a highly-strung nervous system.
